Artist
Neckface is an anonymous American graffiti artist. His work is recognized for its darkly humorous, naïve-drawing style, which often depicts ultraviolent scenes of monsters and humans. Born in Stockton, CA in 1984, Neckface began painting in his signature style around the year 2000. In 2002, he attended the School of Visual Arts in New York before dropping out in 2004. His commercial success has been highlighted by commissions to act as art director for Baker Skateboards, as well as designing for Vans shoes. Like other anonymous street artists, including Banksy and C215, Neckface has begun exhibiting his work in commercial galleries. The artist lives and works between San Francisco, CA and New York, NY.
