Shira Wolfe is a Dutch-American writer who lives and works between Belgrade, Amsterdam and Berlin. She has been a regular contributor to Artland Magazine since 2017.

Shira holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts with a major in art history, literature and performing arts from University College Utrecht. She received her Masters in International Performance Research from the University of Warwick, Trinity College Dublin and the University of the Arts Belgrade, a program combining curatorial studies, theatre studies and practice-based research. Shira combines her experience as a researcher and writer with her insight into the cultural landscapes of Eastern and Western Europe and the United States.

Aside from her work as an art writer, she is the co-founder of Talas Creative Therapies, a drama therapy association in Belgrade, organizes exhibitions and concerts, and publishes poetry.
